KCB 5400 Gear Pump Usage:
KCB 5400 gear pump is suitable to carry various oil, such as the thick oil, diesel fuel and lubrication, animal and vegetable oil etc. Also it’s available to transport the fluid with low flashing point by equipped with copper gear, such as gasoline and benzene, etc. temperature is not higher than 80 ºC, the viscosity for 5-1500 CST lubricating oil or other similar properties of lubricating oil liquid.

KCB 5400 Gear Pump Design Features:
1: Coupled gear set with high quality carbon steel(2Cr 13 carbon steel as standard), stainless steel or bronze
material gear is available.
2: Each gear is fitted on a shaft supported by two internal quality bearings immersed in the pumped liquid.
3:Pump has only one shaft penetration(the drive gear side) through the housing sealed with a mechanical seal, soft packing seal is available.
4:KCB 5400 Gear Pump are driven with electric motors through elastic coupling or spacer coupling.
