CDLF Multistage Pump Features:

CDLF Multistage Pump Activation:
1. The pump is used for occasions with suction range, that is, when the inlet is negative pressure, the inlet pipe shall be filled with water to exhaust or vacuum pump to divert water, so that the water can be filled throughout the pump and the inlet pipe. Note that the inlet pipe must be sealed, and there shall be no leakage.
2. Close the gate valve and pressure gauge cock on the outlet pipe to reduce the starting current.
3. Rotate the rotor in the same ring by hand to lubricate the bearing and check whether there is any friction between the impeller and the seal ring in the pump. If the rotor cannot move, it should not be started until the fault causes are found out.
4. Try starting, motor steering should be in line with the arrow on the pump, open the pressure gauge cock.
5. When the rotor reaches normal operation and the pressure gauge shows the pressure, gradually open the outlet gate valve and adjust to the required working condition.
CDLF Multistage Pump Operation:
1. When the pump is running, it must pay attention to observe the meter count, try to make the pump work near the flow head specified by the nameplate, and strictly prevent the large flow.
2. Regularly check the current value of the motor shall not exceed the rated current.
3. The bearing temperature of the pump shall not be higher than 75C and shall not exceed the external temperature of 35C.
4. When the pump starts to operate, the packing gland should be relaxed. When the expanded graphite or the packing is fully expanded, it should be adjusted to the appropriate degree.
5. Wear of wearing parts should be replaced in time.
6. If any abnormal phenomenon is found, stop the machine immediately to check the cause.
CDLF Multistage Pump Stop:
1. Close the gate valve on the outlet pipe and close the vacuum gauge cock.
2. Stop the motor and then close the pressure gauge cock.
3. If there is a cold season in winter, the pump should be emptied of liquid to avoid freezing crack.
4. If the pump is stopped for a long time, remove it, clean and oil it, and keep it properly.
