Structure Characteristics Of Multistage Centrifugal Pump:
MD series pumps are horizontal, single suction and segmented multi-stage centrifugal pumps, the suction inlet is horizontal, the outlet is vertical and horizontal.The inlet section, the middle section, the outlet section and the part of bearing body to be pump housing are connected together by tension bolts, and the pump series is selected according to the pump head.
The rotor part of this series pump is mainly composed of the shaft and the impeller, axle sleeve,.balance disc and other parts installed on the shaft. The number of the impeller depends on the series of the pump.The shaft parts are connected to the shaft by flat keys and shaft nut fastening.The whole rotor is supported by rolling bearings or sliding bearings at both ends.
Installation Of MD Multistage Centrifugal Pump:
1. Apply level to the base plane of the pump installation.After the foundation cement is set, check whether the base and anchor bolt holes are loose.
2. After the motor, pump and base are assembled, check the concentricity of the pump shaft and the motor shaft to ensure that the two axis lines are on the same horizontal line;
3. When the motor and water pump are assembled, the end of the pump coupling should be pulled out to ensure the axial clearance value of the end faces of the pump and motor coupling;
4, the pump can only bear its own internal force, can not bear any external force.The suction line of the pump and the pressure out line should have their own bracket.so as not to crush the pump.
