How does a nyp internal gear pump work?
Internal drive gear (rotor) along the pump body of rotor in a same direction turning, pump body and cover the link before the inlet and outlet.Turns, formed in the suction negative pressure, the liquid be inhaled, the rotor to bring the liquid to discharge, discharge pressure pump body, to complete the delivery of liquid.
Feature
- Smooth flow: no pulsation and pressure crest, no pipe vibration.
- Invertibility: fluid can be reversed by changing the rotation direction of the gear.Both directions can give full play to the performance of the pump.
- It can be used to transfer high viscosity liquids such as asphalt, syrup,
molasses,resins and polyurethane(PU). - It has good self-priming performance.
