YCB10-0.6 Gear Pump Structural features:
This series of gear pumps are mainly composed of gear, shaft, pump body, pump cover, bearing sleeve and shaft end seal.The gear is made of double arc sinusoidal tooth.Its outstanding advantage compared with involute gear is that there is no relative sliding of the tooth profile in the process of gear engagement, so the tooth surface has no wear, smooth operation, no trapped liquid phenomenon, low noise, long life, high efficiency.The pump got rid of the traditional design constraints, so that the gear pump in the design, production and use into a new field.
YCB gear pump is equipped with pressure valve as overload protection, the pressure valve full backflow pressure is 1.5 times of the rated discharge pressure of the pump.Can also be in the allowable discharge pressure range according to the actual needs of another adjustment.However, please note that this pressure valve cannot be used as pressure reducing valve for a long time. If necessary, it can be installed separately on the pipeline.
