YCB gear pump
1. Purpose: suitable for conveying lubricating oil without solid particles and fiber, non-corrosive, temperature not higher than 80℃, viscosity of 5×10-6 ~ 1.5×10-3m2/s(5 ~ 1500cst) or other liquids similar to lubricating oil and used in hydraulic transmission system.
2. Application: it can be used as transmission and booster pump in oil transportation system;In the fuel system can be used as transport, pressure, injection fuel pump;In the hydraulic transmission system can be used to provide hydraulic power hydraulic pump;It can be used as lubricating oil pump in all industrial fields.
3. Structural features: this series of gear pumps are mainly composed of gear, shaft, pump body, pump cover, bearing sleeve and shaft end seal.The gear is made of double arc sinusoidal tooth.Its outstanding advantage compared with involute gear is that there is no relative sliding of the tooth profile in the process of gear engagement, so the tooth surface has no wear, smooth operation, no trapped liquid phenomenon, low noise, long life, high efficiency.The pump got rid of the traditional design constraints, so that the gear pump in the design, production and use into a new field.

YCB25-0.6 Gear Pump Installation and Precautions:
1. Check the ticket for the pump and motor before installation. All parts should be intact and there should be no sundries in the pump.
2. Connect the pump to inlet, inlet pipe and power supply at the horizontal position.Finally, use the hand disk to move the coupling, check whether there is any rub phenomenon, rotation is easy to weigh, then the installation ends.
3. Plastic alloy pump steel is poor, the weight of the pipe can not be directly pressed on the pump body, the inlet and outlet pipeline should be additional support to bear, the pump with high head should be installed in the outlet reverse check valve, in case of sudden stop of the water hammer damage.
4. All joints must be kept sealed to prevent air leakage and fluid from affecting the working performance of the pump.
5. Stop immediately if any movement or abnormal sound is found in the process of operation, and work can only be done after troubleshooting the ticket checking cause.
